A former college baseball and basketball player, Coach Nick has been married for 46 years to his wife, Mary. They have 2 children, and his son went on to receive a full scholarship to play Division 2 baseball. Before joining the Patriots, Coach Nick had 20 years' experience as the Head Varsity Pitching Coach for Prince George High School. In 2018, he helped coach the Prince George team to the State Championship. Additionally, Coach Nick has been a travel ball coach with the Virginia Swamp Things for many years. Throughout his 30+ years of teaching, Coach Nick has helped many young athletes go on to realize their dreams at both the college and professional level.
