Tim Radmore – Coach
Tim Radmore has been the senior pastor of Memorial Baptist Church of Louisa since 2014. He is happily married to Tina, his bride of 15 wonderful years and has one son, Joshua, who he credits with showing him the love of baseball. He has coached basketball from 1st grade to Junior college in Arizona and Texas public schools. Tim has also worked as an assistant coach and game day manager at RBA 360–a year-round Baseball Academy out of Mechanicsville, Virginia. During the past 6 years at RBA 360, Tim has had the privilege to work at a deep level with coaches that have pro-playing as well as pro-coaching experience. His philosophy on coaching is that athletes, in addition to learning the fundaments of their sport, need to be developed, lead, and mentored to grow in their faith. While very few young men will go on to play in college, Tim believes that all players should be prepared to grow into God-honoring men of character, and eventually husbands and fathers. He sees coaching baseball as a great ministry opportunity to the larger baseball family and enjoys giving players at all levels the tools to succeed.
Psalms 37:4, "Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you desires of your heart."
